Return and exchange

    Dear clients, we appreciate your opinion and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise.

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will be more than happy to try and rectify the situation.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within the folloing number of days of the purchase date.:

    - 7 days if purchased from Republik of Bulgaria
    - 30 days for the rest delivery areas.

    Please note: We do not provide you with free shipping for your online returns and exchanges.

    To return your item(s) to the online store:

    1. Complete the return/exchange contact form below and describe your wish and the reason for your return/exchange.
Please do not forget to include your SKU code (you may check it in your order copy, emailed to you)
    2. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours with detailed instructions and your "Return Authorization Number" (RAN)
    3. Pack and seal the return form with the merchandise you wish to return securely in the original box.  All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached. Underwear must be returned unworn in the original packaging.

You may return your online purchase to any STRINGMEN store location.  To find a store location (Sofia only), click here.

    1. Bring your order invoice and the original credit card used to purchase the order to a store location near you.  Both the invoice and the original credit card are required for a full credit card refund.
    2. Any STRINGMEN merchandise, ordered via online payment processor (Google Checkout or PayPal), can only be returned through our Online Store and may not be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations.


    Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees and any additional bank taxes. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only (i.e. Google Checkout or PayPal)

  Orders placed via Google Checkout or PayPal must be returned and/or exchanged by courier through our Online Store only.
